Moved to the Feedback Loop Product team
After a year of becoming familiar with customer-facing pain points and industry opportunities, I made the move to the Product team.
I was responsible for designing user-centric experiences and enjoy collaborating and brainstorming solutions with customers to address critical pain points.
Feedback Loop was acquired by Disqo, an industry-leading customer experience (CX) platform, in May 2022.
May 2017
Started working at Feedback Loop (formerly Alpha)
Feedback Loop is a software platform that helps companies get customer feedback on new ideas so they can build products people want.
In addition to being a platform for continuous testing and learning, Feedback Loop is committed to the culture of product management with their industry-leading podcast, This is Product Management.
I joined Feedback Loop as a Customer Success Manager. I managed customers (product managers, innovation leaders, researchers, and UX designers) from a variety of different industries with the goal of helping them to use the Feedback Loop platform to inform product decisions.
November 2016
PM’d my first product
My first PM responsibility was with a Stealth Startup. I worked closely with CEO to validate and build the MVP of the offering for early seed funding. I ran guerrilla interviews with our target audience and later set up usability sessions with beta testers.
August 2016
Attended Product School
I took my interest in building thoughtful products to Product School, a 8-week product management training program.
October 2015
Began working at Maker’s Row
Inspired by background in technology and entrepreneurship, I moved into the software space.
Maker’s Row is an online marketplace that connects American manufacturers and product-based businesses. I used my project management skills to report on product KPIs for investor and board reporting. I also organized events to host user feedback and user testing with our users. There, I discovered my love for building human-centered experiences.
March 2015
Co-ran a Salvadoran pupusería in NYC
Plot twist: My (future) husband and I opened the first Salvadoran restaurant, specifically a pupusería, in the Lower East Side/Chinatown area.
We were featured in New York Magazine’s Cheap Eats (2015 and 2016), The Village Voice, Eater NY, Zagat, and Grub Street.
September 2012
Started my career at ZT Systems
I began my career in technology at a hardware manufacturing company, ZT Systems. ZT is a manufacturer of hardware solutions that are tailored to the unique workloads and business needs of their global datacenter customers.
I helped build out ZT’s first Global Services team. I worked closely with engineers and business units to coordinate hardware deployment services and ad hoc on-site repairs across 20 domestic and international data center locations.
June 2012
Graduated from Boston University
Although I started my undergrad degree as pre-med Computation Neuroscience major, I graduated with a B.A. in Hispanic Language and Literature. On the side, I took Visual Art courses to fulfill my creative urges. I also worked as a Bilingual Research Assistant at the Boston Medical Center.
